Lilly began to befriend her first encounter with Shahs of Sunset world as Reza's customer as a realtor. In April of 2020, Lilly and Dara paid $19.5 million for a 11,000 square foot residence across on the same street as the Bel-Air Country Club and the Hotel Bel-Air. The home was purchased from the estate of motorsports iconic Lee Iococca. Lee bought the property in 1993 for $4.25million that is equal to $7.6million in dollars today. Lee made arrangements for an entrance gate that would allow access to his exclusive hotel. This makes it easier to get to and from the property. Lilly and Dara can now enjoy this convenience. The Iococca heirs originally listed the home for sale at $26million. Lilly gave the title of the house to Dara in the month of November.
